The new year means a fresh new start and 365 new chances to make the changes you have been wanting to make in your life. I’ve created 12 days of workouts to jump start your fitness routine and they can all be done both at the gym or in the comfort of your home.

 

Some things to keep in mind when you start a new fitness routine are to ease into it. Go at a pace that feels good to you and stay focused on your personal fitness goals. Planning is key to any good routine in life so make sure that you are planning ahead and being realistic with yourself about how often you can commit to working out.
