How I Recover Post Workout With Karuna

“This post has been sponsored by Karuna. All thoughts and opinions are my own.”

By now, most of you know that I love working out. Working out is great for both the mind and body, but it is also important to replenish what our bodies lost post-workout. One of the ways that I recharge and replenish is by drinking smoothies and making smoothie bowls with two of my favorite ACE Recovery Juices by Karuna. The Bold Berry Lemonade and the Watermelon Rush are two of my favorite flavors. Keep reading to learn more about why I love these juices and to see how I use both juices to make a smoothie and a smoothie bowl.

The goods: These juices work well because they have a high level of antioxidants and the electrolytes our bodies need to rehydrate and recover. You all know that I am always on the lookout for healthy options, so another bonus for me with the Karuna ACE Recovery Juices is that they are real juice without all of the excess sugar. The unique ACE blend: Antioxidants Collagen Electrolytes, the collagen in Karviva ACE drinks is different from the common collagen products in the US market, these are the undenatured form of Collagen & Proteolgycans complex, which means they are like the real whole food that our body can easily utilized. They have been used in Japan for thousands of years to improve joint and skin/hair health. The antioxidants and electrolytes are from the Sea buckthorn, also called the Holy Fruit of Himalaya, and sesame seeds. So the unique ACE blend brings the best from nature to help repair our joints, skin and hair!

I have been a fan of making/drinking fresh juice for a long time, but juicing at home can be both messy and super time consuming. I love that I have a mess-free option that tastes good and is actually good for me. If you haven’t decided you’re ready to try Karuna juices yet, think of these amazing additional benefits. The juices provide an immunity boost and now more than ever, I think that we can all benefit from that, right? They are good for our gut health, our hair & skin health, and they provide a natural energy boost without caffeine. I recently decided to take a break from drinking caffeinated drinks, so the energy boost that the Karuna juices provide has been a major post-workout bonus for me.

So now that you know all of the good stuff about Karuna juices, I hope you will give them a try!
