Follicular phase 🌸- energy is starting to rise, do things that bring you joy, do strength training exercises
Ovulation phase 🏋🏽‍♀️- energy is high, confidence is high, do strength training, dance workouts, HIIT workouts
Luteal phase 🧘🏾‍♀️- energy is decreasing again, find ways to relax, do moderate Pilates or yoga

And remember, we are powerhouse women and the fact that we go through this monthly says it all.
